Replacement Levy
Fellow Ferndale community members, we are asking for your help in supporting our students. This February, the Ferndale School Board is requesting that you, the voters, approve a four year replacement of our current levy for calendar years 2025 – 2028. The current levy is set to expire at the end of 2024.
Funding schools is an important part of any community’s economic vitality. Great communities have great schools and this community’s future prosperity depends on maintaining a robust and vibrant public school system. The education of our youth provides hope and opportunity for the future, a future that lives here in Ferndale. Since the state doesn’t fully fund public education, passing this levy will allow us to continue to provide critical services and opportunities for our students.
Voter’s ballots will be mailed January 24, 2024. Let’s continue this legacy of supporting our kids, our community, and our future. Join your friends and neighbors in supporting Ferndale schools by voting YES for the levy by February 13, 2024.
